Administrative/Professional/Donation Center

  • Donation Center Development Manager: Reporting to the Donation Center Director, this position is responsible for identifying and establishing partnerships, alliances, clothing drive solicitation programs, and bin placements  for the Donation Center and for developing and maintaining business relationships in support of these programs.  The position is also responsible for training and successful performance of staff for those programs. The Donation Center operates through a contractual relationship with Savers, Inc.  The Donation Center’s collection of clothing and housewares for sale to Savers assists in funding Easter Seals Wisconsin’s services for children and adults with disabilities which are available in five areas:  vocational services, respite care, camping and recreation, resource and support services, and education programs for the public. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, with a minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, promotions, advertising and/or fund raising.   • Technology Support Specialist, part-time:  Easter Seals WI is seeking a part-time Technology Support Specialist to provide help desk support for the agency network, perform light server and network administrator functions, troubleshoot IT issues, purchase hardware and software and maintain inventory, in consultation with an outside IT support provider. Basic aptitude in technology; proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, and Windows. Familiarity with Windows Server, Exchange Server, Virtual Machines, VM management software, and storage area networks (SAN) desirable. Previous help desk experience; strong interpersonal and communication skills. Part time position with great flexibility in hours; guaranteed minimum of 10 hours per week; 15+ hours commonly needed. Must have ability to work additional hours as needed and be on-call; must possess or have access to a vehicle. Friendly, non-profit environment. $15 – 20/hour, depending on experience. The Camp Director oversees, on-site, all aspects of the program: camper recruitment & registration; seasonal staff recruitment; staff &AmeriCorps member supervision; oversight of summer week-long sessions, summer day camp, and school-year weekend sessions; serve as member of ESW Camps management team to promote the camps and ensure all campers are safe and having fun.
